I was on the LJ community free_manga when I came across the scanlations for the Code Geass Doujinshi Honey Wedding by the Doujinshi Circle Juurokugoh. When I saw the image, I couldn't resist. Something just kept nagging at me to make something of it, so, I did.
It's not the greatest piece of work I've done, and quite frankly, I only spent about three to four hours on it (as compared to the usual 6-10 hours split over a two/three day span). However, I wanted something lighter and happier to fit the image. I'm not particularly good with that style, so I did the best I could. Originally, it was just going to be the image of Suzaku and Lulu, without the picture frame, on the right side with some pretty white swirl lights, but I figured I could try something I'd never done before...which was trying to incorporate it into a "it's a picture" type of thing. After searching for a bit, I found a few picture frames I really liked, but the original frame I wanted had too thick of a frame, so I was out searching again.
In short, the original background of the original version of the wallpaper became the background in the frame. However, I wanted it to still portray something similar to that, so I kept the gradient colors and leafy pattern. I just wanted something cute and fluffy that would make any shounen-ai fan's heart squeal with joy (well, mine did anyway). So, here it is. Also, this is my first time attempting a 1920x1200 wall so, bear with any LQ aspects. ;__; I tried.
