I LOVED this scan :
and so i did this walli, First off, Thank u Dream3r for the extremely good extraction of the scan! :)
i made the BG (Clouds) by the "smudge tool" , i added a slight use of one texture just to blend everythin
togetha, i also added sum of the (hikari) brushes from DA, added sum lights effects, the tear-drop on her face (Dunno if
its clear) and then after all i changed the whole colors in order to have a blended Wallie! :D
btw, i have always wanted to make a walli which includes such scenes like this one! ^^;
