When I saw this scan, my imagination went to work.
So I vectored the scan, and I tried to create a world both magical and quiet (lights and Stars).
I vectored the dunes and the ruins of Clow country too, (I chose the theme of desert because of silence ans
peacefully)

I like this a lot except for one thing... That outerglow around the ruins looks really fake and out of place. The ruins themselves don't look like they're emitting any light. At least, the shadows don't suggest it's them emitting the light. Unless I have it all wrong and that's mist... But it doesn't look misty in the rest of the image.
I also feel the perspective is a bit off, making it seem very flat. I love the sky and the quality of the vector though.
