I don't have anything to say ,and honestly i hate to write long descriptions!
I just found this amazing scan and i painted it , My idea is that i wanted this girl
to look kind of like mermaid and it's like half of her is a mermaid and the other a normal woman ... i haven't
seen this anime so i have no idea about it ... i just followed my imagination when i was making this wall ...

I like how you've brought out more of some of the colours and features.
Only thing is, I'm not sure whether you split the colours at the right place. It looks great on her face, but I feel that the transition would look more natural if it flowed along a strand of hair and swept across instead of going straight down. -
