One thing I can say about this wallpaper is that I'm really happy with the colors. They turned out much better than I expected.
I haven't read Legal Drug, but I'll probably do so eventually since I do like CLAMP.

Definitely your best wallpaper to date. You used a scan that fills most of the wallpaper, which is always good, colors that blend very nicely, and filters/textures/brushes that work with the quality of the image as well as the background. Good work.
