Not a work I planed to submit
I really don't have much time to vectoring so I decided to use someone vector
And when i see eevaleena's vector I know this one is the vector I need
Cagalli in a dress is just too precious + the vector done very well by eevaleena...^^
but when I see the result (with bg) it just doubt me....should I submit it or not…..?
Hah.......but I submit it anyway.....
The last submission from me IN THIS MONTH coz I wont be able to OL and vectoring...so i just submit it..coz if
not...maybe ill never submit it.....which i thought waste my time.......
Enjoy the last two weeks(or more) of September without me……
Ah…almost forget about the text…just tell me if it bother u…ill fix it when I back…

Very pretty and calming, with the windmills. But isn't it "Parting"? Cause it doesn't seem like she's partying. So please correct the spelling mistake. :)

i love the movement going on in this wall!
just a few things: i think it would be a much stronger piece without the text and the bar--they seem like last minute additions. rather than focusing the detail there i would have loved to see you paint a sky which you always do quite well.
and i do think that the colors on her face are a bit too strong for this wall, because you didnt paint her skin like you normally do i would say just lighten the colors a tad
and on a minor, really unimportant note: i think you need to pay attention to how you are drawing your lines for the hair. the way you've done them now makes it a bit stiff. -

Don't doubt your background, I think it fits perfectly with Eeva-chan's vector.
Like I've said before, your colours really do bring out the atmosphere in your walls ^^ -
I used to think it was a bad thing to use someone else's vector too xp. But after I realized that remaking the wheel doesn't make you any better, well, opened my eyes a bit ^^=.

The only other comment I have is that now that you've corrected the spelling of the title, you really need to update the spelling of "parting" on the wall itself. It still reads "partying."

Despite using a vector you didn't make, I must say you did a fine job here. The wallpaper is absolutely amazing. The soft colors are very pleasing. The background really compliments Cagalli's beauty and grace. The feathers have a dazzling effect which adds her charm more. Seriously, you did well.
