For Shinrei here I wanted to catch the underwater-dark atmosphere...and I guess I did it right ^_^'.Same things done
here as well...painting and blurring...and this one is a little bit special since it's dedicated for one of my best
friends IRL! <3.She had some real hard times now so I wanted to cheer her up a bit...and guess what?...mission

i have to say lighting lighting lighting--right now as it stands its just a bit flat while you have this wonderful metal object to work with reflecting bright lights etc.
but other than that i love the vector work, though some of the painting could use a bit more attention to keep it from looking 2dimensional (aka more color tones) but nevertheless an interesting headshot piece :3 -

Although I gotta admit, at first I thought he was Squalo from KHR ^^"
Anyway, I think that the lighting could use a bit more of a spark. The background is beautifully done, but somehow the light doesn't fall on the character as well. His weapon and hand should have some light on them.

Wonderful! Fantastic! He's angry, mysterious and dark! The lighting makes you feel like you're drowning, hence the title, with him gazing down at you, ready for the finishing blow.
