ahh i've been meaning to comment on this
really really great color coordination and i love the black lines and the blurring you did although its a bit too much
around the face which should really be more in focus. next time you blur dont blur all around, just blur some
parts--layer masks help with this.
would have liked to see you draw some stuff in the background too with your lines just to get it not so blurry
but anyways +highlight @ vw for great coloring of the classic vector.

Not much to say, had to get my mind off Sengoku BASARA for a bit and stopped the melon party's background since that's a
pain in the ass as things are now. Had some fixing here and there to do on this one, enjoy!
