ahh i've been meaning to comment on this
really really great color coordination and i love the black lines and the blurring you did although its a bit too much
around the face which should really be more in focus. next time you blur dont blur all around, just blur some
parts--layer masks help with this.
would have liked to see you draw some stuff in the background too with your lines just to get it not so blurry
but anyways +highlight @ vw for great coloring of the classic vector.

Not much to say, had to get my mind off Sengoku BASARA for a bit and stopped the melon party's background since

wow the vectoring done here is so perfect and the colors are so vibrant the whole wallpaper just pops out when you see it
