I seem to love monochrome lately...

I just watched Kuroshitsuji and it was great, so... I really liked the scenes in the last episode when Sebastian "showed" (not that they really showed anything) his real form.
The base for Sebastian is from this scan
I did it pretty serious ... at least until I got to the feathers part (laziness got me). The feathers are mostly brushes, a little modiffied/smudged and other little effects...

    I love the feathers, although I think they should be less fluffy.
    The text looks great, especially since it's cross shaped and his red eyes make me stare at him for a long time XD
    I don't think the moon is necessary though, it doesn't shine at all nor does it influence the wall's lighting.

    this is a nice piece but i think its tainted with one too many feathers. Dont get me wrong the feathers are nice but there are just too many of them that you can't even see the bg or the vector. I also have to agree with sakura-dust about the moon, either make it glow or get ride of it. Everything else is all right by me

    i do think the fullview on this looks so much better than the thumb. i love the feathers but somehow feel that they are too uniform in size, maybe having bigger ones from the bottom and go smaller towards the top would give the perspective a less flat feeling.
