Happy belated birthday Levi-pyon~
First i vectored this
scan, without any shadows cos i wanted to keep it simple
Then I slammed it on a psd file and stared for god knows how long before I something came to mind… Unfortunately, my
1st idea was absolutely horrible -.- And so was the 2nd .. And so on, till my mind managed to come up with something a
little less absurd
So I vectored the candy from the original scan (as my friend pointed out.. who in the world eats candy with a
fork?!?)
And then when i was struggling with what to do with the rest of the space when on my dear vh1 aired Ladytron’s
Seventeen and the song is just so catchy I had to use the lyrics
Did some color adjustments and voila

love the tones here, straw yellow is always difficult to use but its nicely executed
but i somehow feel the text doesnt do its job, try warping the text instead of just a simple type on path function to get it to flow >3 -
