uhhm it's very nice but llike kitten i would like to see it outlined all the way >.<
and it seem like they both have no white in the eyes..i mean around the pupil o.O
but other than that it's very good ! -
i love the colors for the most part and the vector is very nice with the colored lines.
i personally think its really great with the outlineless skin against the pale outlines, but that being said i think her dress outlines are way too dark to flow with the style.
and i think the skin is too yellow for the pretty pink atmosphere.
as chrisp said, there need to be whites behind their eyes. additionally, i just think the eyes could use more detail, at least having the signature anime light in them.
but nevertheless i think you really did a great job with the gradients and most of the technical aspects. -
I really like the partial outlined style. It looks very good since where the outlines ends, a shadow of a different color continues the path. It's quite awesome <3
I don't like the lack of whites at eyes, but it's not such a major problem...
Good job on using the gradients and the multiple shadows. The composition blends beautifully. -

My only complaint like everyone else is the outline. It looks fine when there's no outlines for inside the character, but I think around the outside of the characters, more outlines would look better. The lack of outline on Teito's pants stands out the most for me.
