He's so cute and small, I'm dying to hug him.
I really enjoy looking at each drawing cause it's like
a scrapbook for him, showing where he's been or going...kinda like
a neverending journey.
I like the idea of the leave being there, really adds to the winter is coming
look. And the trees all around him is really cool too, took me awhile to notice the mountains but now that I see them I
also think it's a nice addition to give the piece depth. Another great one to add to the collection, wonderful job

Artist Comment
I remember I finished this last October when I was in the middle of.. supposedly.. deciding my future. And I guess I got stubborn. Thinking I don't want my life to be controlled by my family. So I took a break on everything (meaning, postponing my studies).
It's not that I couldn't handle the uni part of life. I just wanted to spend the life that I wanted, not something that might get me a stable job in society, which apparently is all that matters to them. I'm hanging onto my dream in becoming a game artist.
I'm not saying me taking a break solved anything.. it's just my way of protest :P
But I'm continuing studying next year. And it's something I chose for myself, which will hopefully be
better.
So yeah, Winter Solstice pretty much expresses the feeling I had at the time. Thanks for reading my semi-blog entry, haha.
