i think you should overlap more shapes to create the window rather than blurring it so much and thecurtains i also find
too blurry
i like the colors--very morning but maybe a bit more contrast would be nice.
but i definitely think that this one shows how well you can do messy vectors >3

The background is too blurry for the neatly vectored character. Also Senjougahara's blue eyes are gone ;___;
Vector looks awesome though <3 I love all those shapes.
Your bg idea is very good. The light falls in a perfect shade & except my thought that the bg should be vectored too, it's the best match for her pose <33 -

As far as vectoring goes, it's really good. The layered shading/highlights give it a, uh, cel-shaded feel, for me at least.
The BG looks simple but artistically done; less blurry would've made it perfect.
Still, I'd SO use this as a wallpaper. Nicely done. ^_^ -
