I love your background and vector, but I think the sky needed a few more details. Maybe if the clouds were well defined,
or some sakura trees in the background, can't pick my favorite.
Beautiful job though, I really like the moe-ness XD

HAPPY BELATED B'DAY RIZACAGA! (OMG it's like pending 2 months! >.<)
Sorry it took so long T_T I was doing other project then my photoshop hung up and I gave up (pathetically T^T) after saw
other people arts, I decided to make another one for you, and it took so long >.< I'm not a type who can do vector
fast and school been bugging me since July and I finally finished it. It's weird that I actually finished this on my
b'day XD Anyway I hope you like this and sorry if it's not good, I tried my best specially painting the cloud, it looks
and feels weird when painting that one. Background looks sucks coz I'm not used to make background ^^; For the window I
used Sakura-Dust Breaking Free wallpaper (sorry I
didn't ask your permission m(_ _)m) as references and Zero no Tsukaima scan for the curtain.

the vector's done neatly, my only complaint is the birds, their translucent-ness makes me wonder if they're actually there or not -
thats a great vector you have there--though i'm like a huge fan of outlines--so more outlines on the window, either highlight or darken
and the clouds shape looks a bit strange, clouds like those are more layered not bunch together so perfectly. but with practice i'm sure you'll do better >D
