and i re-paint over it!
with paint tool sai program! Actually i really had fun while painting the hair! but it all most killing me lol! XD
and the eyes and some lines with photoshop CS2.

you did a great job on the eyes they look pretty & attractive. the only thing that bugs me is the black messy outlines you added on her nose, try to make it look more neat.

But I agree with Sinever on the nose outline, well the only part I have a problem with is the nostril outline.
The other thing is that I see a bunch of hair seemingly coming out of nowhere (to the right of the mouth, under the long strand). In the original scan, there's some more hair above the long strand which makes it flow better.
I like how you changed the colour of her eyes and outlined them, looks way better than the original scan.
