I wanted to paint this scan for a long time...
so I finally did it!
I tried really really hard about... absolutely everything. Every little thing on this wall got a lot of my attention.
And I was finished after a day and a half. Damn I'm quick XD!
Almost everything is painted, only thing I vectored are some outlines and the white lines on her hair, I couldn't possibly paint those lines without graphic tablet (which I don't have XD)
If you find some mistake please keep quiet about it 0_0 I don't want everyone to notice XD

This is such a cute, summer wall. I love the image you chose
and your painting is very nice. At first I thought it was too rough and not smooth
enough, but after looking more I like that it looks like an actual painting. The bg is a bit over blurred but I get what you were trying to do, very nice colors and great job putting it all together. ^^
Forgot to mention, the hand could use a more darker shade and the cherries
on he hair could use more lighting and shade like you did for the ones Chii is holding up. :3 -

i like the blurriness in the bg and the colors are nice--a few things about the highlights though: the cherries look perfect with the yellow light but some parts dont look like the light is yellow (like her hair beret)
and while i love the roughness, there are some parts (like in the back of her hair) that need more colors to complete the style
i hope though that in the future you would pick scans that are positioned differently, i'm not sure this positioning is the best for the desktop ^^;

although some parts looks too blurry for my taste i absolutely ADORE chii in this wall <33
and you did such a great job especially with the painting. it looks really flawless to me. the colour you choosen are very warm and smooth :) i like that!
