Artist Comment
Odd how I start so many wallpapers, but the only one I seem to finish is a Persona wallpaper....
Doesn't the artstyle looks similar to Kunie? The tags on Safebooru didn't say Kunie... but it LOOKS like Kunie. Opinions?
Anyway, the pic totally ruined Chie's awesomeness. A hood was added to her jacket; her skirt was rainbow colored; and she has yellow stockings on.
So I made it my mission to correct this injustice! So this vector was more of a recolor, and adding the houndstooth pattern to her dress. As well was the Gurren-Lagann-ish shines to her hair (lol yoko n e 1). And I HAD to ditch the hood. I cannot see Chie ever using a hood. ;__;
I got the butterflies from a different Persona 4 scan I found on Safebooru.
All in all, this is an uber simple wallpaper. But I love the style, the colors, and the mood it gives off.
The title comes from the Jack Johnson song "Never Know" from his In Between Dreams album. I loooooooooooove Jack Johnson. Surfer music is just so damn awesome. <3
Anyway, the title comes from this passage of the song:
Knock knock on the door to door
Tell that the metaphor is better than yours
That passage reminds me of those people who come door to door to try and get you to join their religion. In a way, they are trying to "sell" you their religion.

Wow, Dev, this is awesome! When I saw it on the front page I was like "damn, that's a good wall, look at it when you have 5 seconds" and it turns out to be even awesomer than I thought! It DOES look like Kunie, you're right. Great stuff, as usual! *hugs* <3

this is really awesome! its too bad sailorchiron doesnt know how to put a long detailed comment about how awesome peoples walls are, she favs and favs but the comments are so... average. so anyway, i love your use of color texture and patterns and i love how her jacket sleeve looks like a caterpillar and then there are butterflies around her. very deep :) too bad sailorchiron didn't say that. lol. ok i'll stop picking on her. love your wall!

aww thats cute seems kind of out of place for chie. This reminds me of that artist that draws kind of like that. it too late for me to try and look up. Anyway it strange I just started this game again, and you made a wallpaper.
yeah should of read the description first yes that is the artist I was trying to think of. oh was that orgianally a persona scan or did you make to look like her? -
