ok so here is the link to the pattern in the dressmu3i
and the one that I used in the tilesfrozen eye
I did change somethings in the wall; first is kyokos eyes (which I really like :D) I made it more liquidy hehe since I'm not content with the first one; The hair, I changed the color from dark brown to black; then her skin, I painted it instead of vectoring it and then for the background, I changed the flowers from roses to this flower( I really don't know the name of the flower >.<)
The concept isn't so different from the original artwork but I did feel like making it kinda glassy blue like she's in the sky, it's unfortunate though that it's not really noticeable, and I just realized that she should be wearing a gloves, heck I guess I like it better without a gloves anyway :P well that's it.

This quote somehow feels close to Kyoko's fancy with fairy tales and her childhood :D
I really like this wallpaper, I'm sorry if I couldn't add more description to it. I will add though hehe

This looks stretched, like you took a full screen wallpaper and stretched the width for widescreen.
It looks a lot better when resized to 1600x1200! :)
