Ehrm. You cannot make a background and think that you can throw in anything on it. The girls don't match the background at all. There's no real theme in the wallpaper. Try to make something that really mix with each other.
There's nothing wrong with the bg. I like it. But it's too blurry.

Nicely done wallpaper. Looks like you were very careful with the extraction. Just a side note, the address at the bottom for your geocities site is hard to make out. The 's' in wallpapers at the end is obscured by Lei Fang.
