4/5 of entries for which?waller round 9. This was actually my second entry, and still very much my style, so I hope you got this right XD
Aria is one of my fave series, and I actually haven't walled much from it. So this round's theme being "animals", I thought of Aria Shachou.
There were a couple of scans I found that could work, but ended up using this scan 'cause I like the pose. I wanted to do a tilted horizon to do something different, and 'cause I could include more of Akari's arms :) I extracted the scan and cleaned it a bit. I thought about vectoring it, but the scan quality was pretty good, and I'm lazy XD
Background painted in SAI, based off this scan (the gondola is also vectored from that scan). Clouds were based off another Aria scan I can't find, but I'm so proud of them! too bad Akari was on top of like my fave clump of clouds >__<

I like how the scan is not vectored and still blends perfectly, this is a great example that you don't need to vector the characters to do a fantastic wall.

It's been awhile since I've commented on your work. ^_^ (I'm sorry. ><)
But I have to say I really love this one, especially the clouds, and the cute bright style.
I think the water could be better, though, maybe a dark gradient on it somehow? And also the waves look kinda lazily painted. It also looks too flat where it meets the buildings.
