Also for Which Waller round nine. I heart Pokemon! This was an awesome pic since it had all of the stages/evolutions of Pikachu. Not actually sure if the child is a boy or a girl, but cute none the less.
I extracted the scan, but the original had funky thick white outlines, which I liked, so I put them back in. Vectored all of the lighting bolts, put in the splatters in the bg and added the subtle texture.
As with my other W?W entry, this one is pure crack.
