FULL VIEW YESPLS!
So I'm dedicating this to Omone. I haven't had
much contact with her other than mutual favorites/comments, but I'm always taking an extra look at her gallery. I
admire her work. Every wallpaper or so I dedicate it to someone who as inspired some of my work.
... So, this is NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING like my original intent. Funny the
way things work ~ :)
Originally, this was going to be an icy/scenic scene... Obviously, it's not XD But I really have nothing to say
about this style... it's weird and I can't decide if I hate it or not. I'll find out in the morning
>.< This is one of the vectors that started, at least, six months ago and needed closure.
So, I really, REALLY, took a big liberty with this
scan. So, most of the vector work went into her big mess of hair... and, when I'm almost done with ALL OF IT, I
realize: I like her better without most of it. I minimized a lot of the shadowing and other details too, because I think
she looked better cleaner.
And, if you don't know the song, I used Mandy Moore's rendition of Only Hope as central inspiration. This is another
wallpaper aimed at reaching a connection with God, this time through Hope. The crystal, which I also changed completely,
is her song to God. The last wallpaper I did for this reason, Halllujah, Hallelujah was more based in wonder and in peace. I
intent to do many more, maybe Faith next time.
So, I really didn't know what on Earth to do with this. I hope you guys are
satisfied :) Especially you, Omone.
