I decided to vector this while slightly intoxicated on the 4th of July. I started with a scan of the Tsubasa regulars all wearing kimonos with birds on them and cropped out Fye and vectored him. The hands were tricky, only one of his arms shows on the orginal pic and it wasn't going the direction I wanted it so I flipped and rotated the scan chunk until it was the way I wanted it, then did that again to make a second arm/hand. The feathers are from another scan from Tsubasa and i wanted it to look like Fye was holding the largest one, I believe I accomplished that. The BG is a Japanese fan with Japanese maple leaves. I used that to bring texture and interest to the BG. Took from 7/4 to 7/11 and was so many layers that I kept having to rasterize and merge to avoid Photoshop leaping out of the computer to strangle me for the file size. ^_^'
I can't remember if the scans are from MT or not, I "borrowed" them from SailorChiron (since we're sisters and live together).
