Well... this is my first non-vector wallpaper in, well, forever. Just wanted to try something new. I found thisbubble scanbubble - 28 by Gelvuun - scan and I fell in love with it... *sigh* the space key on my keyboard is sticking, so I have to paste a space after every darn word X-O So... this will be short. I tried to clean up the scan a bit. I copied and extracted the main fish so there would be 3, added s'more fishies and then made good use of a bubble brush.
.. I may delete this if I don't like it in th morning.

Really love this wallpaper, however I think I would have liked it more if Miku was vectored a little, since she looks a little bit blurry right now. Still love it as is though~ well done!

i think you need to make her face brighter, its really dark but i like what you've done with the bg -
