I think there is definite potential in this wallpaper, but the blur and motion of the background disconnects the character from the foreground and is... pointless, really. Also, Saber is blurred where your extracted lines, I bet, didn't work out. Maybe a re-extraction or something would help.

applied smudge n blur tool to make the clouds.

I liked this wall, saber is a great character and the background is good o_o but the light effects seens a little weird to me, anyway, its a beautiful image of saber ^^
