This background was inspired by the background used in the program book of Shin Kaguya musical (Sera Myu, baby).
I've prepared it to my twitter bg, but it turns so cute that I wanted to use it in a wallpaper. *-*
The chosen one was ChibiUsa.
Like always... I searched for an unusual Chibi image to do it, and it came up whit this. In the original image you
don't see the complete back ribbon in the sailor fuku, so I merge it with a ribbon from other artbook image.
