Heyy Akeeda-san! hope you don't mind if I give a bit of crit :D After all, we need to collab some day, huh? :D
First off, nice vectoring! I think it's a really solid effort, I don't really have much to nitpick with the actual vector itself! :D Sure, a few lines are a bit jaggy around his hat and sword, but I also think it contributes to the "pencil-drawn" look.
The concept is a very clever one, I've been wanting to do something similar for a long time. The hand... I can still see a few bits that don't look like they were extracted properly, namely at the tip of the pen where its writing and the top of the pen lid :O. I can't help but feel the hand is a bit bright... but I don't think it impacts on the wallpaper too much. I like what you did with the paper and the darker bits at the edges, but they sort of look like clouds? O_o I'm not sure., I think an actual paper texture would've been great too, using a stock image and setting it to overlay or multiply works wonders :D
