great wall I like the colors!
Artist Comment
Made this for my wonderful friend Tina, great
artist and has been supporting me for awhile now. Hope you enjoy this, even though it's one heck of a crappy
job.
Ugh another week, another problem. Been slowing down on wall
productivity, trying to get my mind straight.
Vectored this - Click, but
obviously made some changes.
Black solid hair, grey kimono and red features.
As for the background, simple rules and so gradient + texture and ta-da.

AWESOME! I loved it! Specially her eyes!

Ah man, I've been writing this on AP and then the site decided to crash on me, it annoyes me to write the same thing over again. *sigh*
But.. For me? No way! waiit what? me great artist ha ha, nah.
Well, it's not a crappy job whatsoever, and let me tell you why, you managed to change the atmosphere so much, in the original she looks a bit troubled but she's also blushing, the feeling it gives is a nice one.
You manged to change that and make her a bit lost, not completely lost since her eyes are focused on something, and talking bout eyes I just wish they were more detailed, yeah I'm a freak when it comes to eyes and chubby fingers xD can't help it. But the fingers here are alright xD thou you missed something, the part between her fingers, it shouldn't be blak, there is where her second hand shoud be.But, THANK you Melfina, I'm so happy.

Edit: I like dark wallies so really thank you. -
Nice! Maybe if you give a grungie texture you can add more feeling to this one... but for me this is ok... i really like the clearness of this one! :3

It is somehow too simple... The eyes need more details since they're the focus point in your wall. The lack of shadows demands a bg that's more complicated than a simple gradient. Add some red flowers, or a river with lanterns, dunno... The composition needs more.

wow, well done! i love the colour of it^^

ah commenting so late as usual (but hey at least im commenting! >D)
i think this wall has great potential to be a great noir wall since its desaturated but not to the point its ugly.--that being said i think it wuold be great if you brought some blue into the middle shades of the background, its too gray
ahh the hair, solid hair only really works when its the darkest color in the wall, so because its so light it just looks like you were lazy instead of making a statement (i somehow didnt notice this when you sent it to me)
and the eyes do need more details, just because they are so blurred right now--the blurred parts do nothing for your vector since its very clean, esp the white part, it just looks flat
i think the nose looks a bit strange, it should flow with her eyebrow in one line, as a guide
i'm actually going to complain about something that i hate complaining about--the sig is.. really really big >D -
I love your picture. This atmosphere, colours... I absolutely love this kind of climat ;)

wow, this is really nice Kitten-chan! Such a really dark wallpaper and I like how your wallpapers are always creative. You somehow are able to make from one image to a whole different combo with your ideas just like from a bright-ish image to a very dark image. well done and hope to talk to you more. I just got back now only because I'm finally really getting over with my flu that I had for 1 week and now at least all I have is just a runny nose and cough once a day. xD see ya ^^
