this is a pretty nice vector although the lines are a bit too thick in some parts, remember its all about
proportion--larger parts should have thicker lines, more detailed parts should have smaller lines >D
and some of the gradients you added would look better in a lighter, but more saturated tone

My newest vector after coming back from hiatus!
The character is Citron from Basquash! I haven't had the time to even start the anime yet, but after seeing this scan http://moe.imouto.org/post/show/77774/basquash-citron-dress-nopan-screening
I just had to vector her XD I definitely like her kawaii character design ^-^ anyway I'll check out the anime
soon.
