Most people would say that this character looks familiar but it's an original character by me for a game concept my friend and I are currently working on. Leiserentho or Serene for short. Well I made this during one of my breaks after squeezing all my brain juices trying to solve Differential equations ^^; It turned out pretty good more than I expected so I decided to continue editing it in my PC. And this is the end product, I don't want to edit it too much to keep the pencil shaded look. I did clean some parts and re shaded the whole thing using PS.
