Bloody, isn't it? XD
Anyway, I really liked the scan, so I vectored the lines, painted the rest, added feathers and text. I actually didn't realize myself his arm was cut off until I started coloring everything.
I was like: "Lalala...wait...is that......zomg, it is! :O "
In the end I added a bit of the textures on the wall and that was it. :)

Tools: Mostly Photoshop and some SAI

This one looks nice the bg is fitting and the feathers there are a nice touch. You also did a good job on vectoring him.

Vector is great! The backgroud fits very well - I only think the upper-left side looks a bit empty. And that "Sinner" writing, I'd place it somewhere else :/
