Looks alot like Dizzy from Guilty Gear, though the hair color and costume look more like the alternate colored costumes. Anyways great color blends here, they match her wings and outfit ^^. That was very nicely done, as well as the swirling and the combination of different effects into the background to make a perfect fit for our female friend here who looks way too much like Dizzy (Sorry I can't get it out of my head) Anyways great job with this wall, VERY sexy and VERY nicely done, favorite for me definately.
