This took a while too do, mainly because I focused on the sparkles a lot haha. I was going to keep it for myself but I like how it turned out and would like to share ^-^ I've been wanting to give back to this site where I get so many amazing wallpapers!
I don't know if the Lady Oscar pic I used inside the frame is someone's fanart, if it is-sorry! I'll take it down if you want.
