It's been heavily filtered. I like it, but it seems a bit too overdone. I think you should have stuck with one font for your title and played with size and text effects, too.
It's a good wallpaper, but it has some room for improvement. Good work.

Messed up halfway, but hard work is hard work. i felt sorry for the wall, and so i uploaded it....

Yeah, I think it is overdone too.
I kind of wanted the text to "be sharp".I rarely used filters though.
