This was my first close-up vector. When I submitted it, MT didn't even had a Night Wizard category, but guess that shows that this anime wasn't too popular even when it was new. One of my favorite evil girls, I love her orange eyes. The cape covers it, but she wears a school uniform. Vectored from the OST CD cover.
