You know, I really have no idea for this one... It's something different, never tried this style before... not very
good at it. :P
I mean... the vector just looks so out of place and the texture's all weird and whatever. Blah. It's finally
done, though. :D
And it's nearly been 25 hours since I last slept. Eeekkk... almost everything about this is just random, including
the title.
I used this scan. Dunno anything about Soul Eater, just thought it looked cool. The energy drink is All City, again, because it looked cool, because I've never had it. The song is Hysteria by Muse, because the bassline is awesome and it's a generally very energetic piece. And also because the lyrics mention wanting your heart and soul, which I guess I associated with soul eating? Graffiti found somewhere on cgtextures and the font for the lyrics is Stylin' BRK from dafont.
So yeah, almost late entry to Depths-of-Sound and Celestial Luminesses' Wake Up contest. Woo!
Illustrator CS3 and Photoshop CS4, far too long for my own health.
ps: 1600 version... I think this one actually looks better. :P

I don't think the vector looks that much out of place, the texture and outlines match your grafitti in the background.
