For this wall I took a lot of cues from my Eureka 7 wall and my Nodame Cantabile wall... probably two of my favorite walls out of all the ones I've made. Basically recycled the paper texture from and cont. on the simplistic approach.
President Aria's outlines vectored from this scan; paper texture from devART; swirly brush also from devART; rest from scratch. Probably as close to speed-painting w/ mouse as I'll ever get :]

I'm starting to appreciate simpler wallpapers more these days, and this certainly takes the cake as one of my favorite simpler walls. The theme and carefree atmosphere added by the clouds is great; nice work!
