In terms of technical ability, yes. The sheer amount of detail you can pack into each drawing is really impressive, and I really love your background work. Though, I think that all the detail overwhelm the subject: the two people. Composition-wise, the eye isn't really drawn anywhere, so it's hard to really say what the picture is about at a glance.
Like the old masters... they're paintings and drawings have incredible mind-boggling amounts of detail everywhere, but the eye is still drawn to certain parts of it and stuff...
