This is pretty good, really. I like what you did with text and the character outlines. You're doing pretty well if this is the level of work that you would consider trashing.

I actually didn't have plans of submitting this because I don't like the outline around the window and since I made a layer mistake in PS I couldn't go back and fix it without redoing a bunch of stuff... but then I said "Eh... what the hell." and I submitted anyway... I think the concept is still there despite the lack of proper execution. Anyway... scan from AnimePaper.

Well, if you made a mistake there is no way a non-waller like me could figure it out. As far as I'm concerned, this wallpaper looks very cute with Valentine coming soon. Very nice job of putting space background with shooting star in the heart. The chracters are also extracted nicely too. I'm glad you decided not to ditch this work and decide to post it here. Good job and thanks (even if you didn't thinks so).

ah looks very much better fullsize than in the thumbnail, i like the silloutte in the left bottom corner with the text and the heart is a nice touch as well
