I'm impressed! The attention to detail on the hair and that glowering expression on her face cannot help but draw one in. The sense of depth is clearly shown with the blurriness to the upper arm in the background and you've drawn the attention to her face and gun in the foreground. Well done.

Well... This is my version of Motoko, she is sooooo cooll XD, anyways, i want to bring life to her so i decided to paint
her from this scan:
anyways, long time no see everyone, sorry for disappear for such a long time, I was soo busy with college application...
Actually, I started this painting long long time ago and totally forgot about it until today, and I open it up and paint
the rest, such as her hands and stuff, but I ended up blurring them all, which is kinda wasting my time, well, i have a
day off today anyways...

Great job! You used a lot of details and I love her hair and the expression in her eyes. She's staring at you (you can't see that on the original image!) The only negative thing I've to say about your wallpaper is that you used the blur effect to much and it's kind of annoying if you look at it for a while. It's like in those parts the image has lost its quality. Anyway, I really like what you have done.
