This is a really nice wall, I love the color schemes you choose
and the scan also is a fave of mine. I like how you did the vector, painting
it gives the wall a nice soft feeling though for whatever reason to me it seems
blurry and hard to see clean. I think you resized it too much and now it looks
unclear and clean. Maybe try to resize it less and save it on a high file, that
or adding a layer and then soft light might help. ^^

I submitted a wallie before this one with the same vector and different background but I deleted it and replace it with this one.
And I also change the color of the dress, and change the shading.
For the bg, I painted the cloud and put some sakura petals.
