This shows Sailor Neptune. I think it's easy to see what her heart's desire is - to be with Uranus.
Well, whatever ~_~ I won't color this one because I drew it on poor quality paper. Anyways, I really like it.

Medium: Turquoise ink (waterproof) by Rohrer&Klinger.
Time: Some hours; I didn't really pay attention to it.
