Wallpaper desu!
It turned out a little weird, but I think I wanted it this way
I needed about three hours to make the wallpaper, but the vector took ages XD
I tried to create illusion where you can't see where water stops and the night sky begins
And the stars are here because they're cute!

Wow, very high quality wall.
I like the dark rich blue and aqua colors you
put together, and the stars are very cute.
I will say that I think the colors are a bit too bright
for a night scene, like the middle section where you have that blue.
As for the bg itself, I'm still kinda trying to see what exactly it is...
at first I thought it was a reflection of the night sky and she was sitting on water.
Though I'm not sure if that was your idea but it seems to look like that,
which isn't bad. I really like the idea, it's creative and you pulled it off nicely.
I'm really fond of the small ripples in the water, and the great job you did on Chii.
Great wall altogether, it's very nice. -
She is that Chi in Tsubasa with Fay-san right? That is sooo awsome! XD

Oh, the wallpaper version looks even better than the vector itself! My favorite part has to be the water Chii's standing/floating on, I love the "waves" (can't think of the word right now >_<)
And you pulled off your illusion, the transition from the sky to the water is seamless :)
My only complaint would be the bright colors, I think you should tone them down a bit, especially the strong blue in the upper right corner (near the moon) and a bit of Chii's hair. But, aside from that, I love this wallpaper <3 Great job! -
