I did this in flash 8 surprisingly enough (after scanning in my fanart of course ^^;). Fireworks 8 doesn't have auto pressure adjustments while Flash does :| I find it quite an odd fact.
In any case, this took a few days. Cagalli was done in flash while I made the background in photoshop during class at college xD such a n00b. I'll get better though! I'm learning so trust me!
Still working on the shading and lighting- something I put off for the past year for seemingly no reason now. So ya, enjoy ;]
