yup once again old ryoko but this one was drawn while looking at the original.. so not very imaginative of me but it was in order to make a 'cell' out of the pic... so.. ya

Good work Jaz! but I see that there are fade lines on the girl's body what are they for? were you trying to draw something on her body? if those are just shades then I think you had to darker them a little bit harder! but overall the doujin look really cool ;)

I see some of the lines are not finished....
Try to darker the shadings to make it better... :)
