Made a background that's like the naval Japanese flag.........was watching To Aru Majutso no Index and i figured i could put Kanzaki into it =] So i mixed the flag with Sigils and Alchemy circles >.> Didn't take too long actually.

    not a bad attempt but If you could utilize the photoshop and vector the character, it will turn out to be one of the elite gallery of To Aru Majutsu no Index.
