This wallpaper was created by me for my general Ayashi no Ceres site "Ten'un". The image was taken from Scarlet - http://www.dreamwinds.net/shrines/anc/ when it was still up but now it's gone. I made the image really blurry and windy, but I don't think I like it like that. I really didn't know what to do with the open space at the bottom and to the right so I created a pixelated background. This is not one of my favorite wallpapers but it's still cute.

You're right, I think... the wind effect is okay, but not great. I love the ghostliness it gives the image but perhaps not having it over the area where their lips meet would have been more tasteful? Still, the whole wall ties together nicely. :) I like the pixelation -- it works well to cover, as mentioned, what would otherwise be emptiness (though maybe integrating it a bit more into the left side of the pic would've helped? it looks sliced off a bit abruptly). The bar at the bottom works well bringing the colours together. :)

I think it's beautiful... simple, but very very beautiful. I like the atmosphere of this original pic, and that's great that you didn't use lots of tools. The windy effect makes your feeling "summer time", and I love that kiss scene too... good work, keep it up! *_* (Anyways, when do you want to update your site? ^^" Cuz I love it... *_* plz, do it soon! +_+)
