Ahhh its been a long time.. ( i seeem to start every wallpaper entry like this dun i? )
it has been.. 4months... lol..
today i just finished my common test week.. and i actually saw my eng results which is horror.. 7/25 (28/100)
heart attack but it didn't really affact me.. awww i should start caring anyway...
this chracaters name is..? wazzat izzit fate? i think so..
than u see tat thing she is carrying yeaa... i smudged the egdes to make it look like wavy electric waves u kno
lol

Layers: a mere 18 layers -_-
Hardest part: fate's leg as it seems out of place.. thus i smudged it away and added glowing stuffs below to make it
seem like she is coming out from the glowy thing and all since the surrounding is also glowing.. xD

I like what you've done. I think the red tint was overdone, I wouldn't liked to see some other color other than the pinky-reds. I think the image you used could have also been a little bigger to take up more of the wallpaper.
