I wanted to wait until midnight to submit this, but my computer is acting weird and I'm
afraid to lose everything so I'm taking my time to see what's wrong with it....so, if I disappear it's 'cause my
computer is gone...

Yay for xxxHOLiC images! They're so much fun to vector :nya:
At first, I wanted to do this scan, but I
didn't know if I had the skill to make it. I’m still going to try and make it though.
So I moved to this one, butterflies, lace and lots of pearls are <3 My obsession with pearls is quite recent
actually...Well, I just love details :P
Some of the greatest things about xxxholic images are that they have lots of black, not much shading and they're all
very beautiful like that. So it's quite easy to vector xxxholic. It just takes some time.
I can't say much about this one, since most is vectoring, unlike some of my recent works where I've been painting. I
actually finished this one before my recent Kobato work.
Tried to go back to some thick lines ^_^' Thick lines on Yuuko and Watanuki and thin lines for Yuuko's hat/feathers and
background. (Oh Watanuki, you were the easiest thing I've ever vectored....) Didn't exactly use gradients on the
butterflies. I simply grabbed a soft brush and made my way with it. Also, that purple thing which I really don't know
the name now, I changed from purple/white to purple/lilac. Some pearls wouldn't be visible if I did it white. But
really, I never used so much gradients on my life as I did on this one work >_< Oh the only thing I really painted
here were the pearls, everything else is vectored.
Also, I changed the curtains' color. The color was really too strong in my opinion and I decided to keep that
frame/border thing...it's xxxholic after all. It wouldn't feel right taking it out.
The title is french for "A common day". I couldn't think of something better, sorry xP

It's gorgeous! Been a while since I've seen some good old all-vectored xxxHolic works. These were so popular and I always wanted to do one but because I'm not that familiar with the series I never knew which images were already done and which weren't XD
You did an amazing job! I just love the details and they all look perfect. I love how you really vectored each thing individually (unlike me who would have used the circle tool for all the pearls; lazy). It looks wonderful and I know Omone will love it! -

I love how xxxHolic is so complex but kinda easy to vector since like u said it has a lot of black and not many shadings

Absolutely great! I love strong colours and crafted detail. Clamp images are usually great, but working with them is sooo hard so I really appreciate this wonderful wall! Congratulations!
