It's a Elf, and in Tsukihime, it's a pur vampire ( than Arcuied ) and impur vampire or demon

Who on Earth is it? I've only seen Shingetsutan Tsukihime, I've never played the actual game, so I don't know who this character is. I know she is indeed from Tsukihime, I have a really neat art pack of Tsukihime stuff and she shows up in it several times, but since it's just images it doesn't tell me who the heck she is.
